Hive Service Update

Hive has recently updated its DNS. Because of this change, some apps may stop working until you update settings or switch apps. Please follow the instructions below:

  • If you’re using a 3rd party app, update your URL to: https://hivecast.cloud
  • If you’re still on the old Hive TiviMate app, you’ll need to switch to a different app. That version has outdated DNS hard-coded and will no longer work.
  • Sparkle app is currently not working.
  • If you’re using the updated apps, try clearing app data and logging back in. Alternatively, delete the playlist and re-add it as new.
  • We highly recommend using the Smarters app out of any others, more reliable.
  • If issues continue, uninstall the app and reinstall it.
