We have had to increase prices across all our products. We know this affects your budget, and we want to explain the decision openly and with the respect you deserve.
We held our prices down for as long as we could. To keep Firetail open and continue serving you, those prices now need to change.
Keeping our services affordable has always mattered to us. This adjustment has been overdue for a long time, but we kept putting it off and absorbing rising costs because we wanted to keep your expenses as low as possible.
Just as the cost of everyday life has increased for so many of you, the cost of running Firetail has increased too. We have reached the point where our previous prices no longer cover what it takes to keep the business operating sustainably. Continuing at those prices would put our ability to stay open at risk.
This increase is necessary so we can continue providing the services and support you rely on. It is a decision we have made carefully, with our customers and Firetail’s future in mind.
We know you are managing other rising costs, and we do not expect a price increase to be welcome news. We simply ask for your understanding of why this change has become necessary.
